Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Dumpstr (“the App”), operated by Kailashchandra Sharma, an individual based in Pune, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dumpstr. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. What Dumpstr is — and is NOT

Dumpstr is an informational and news service. It shows publicly reported movements of stocks and currencies, along with plain-language, AI-generated explanations of what happened.

Dumpstr does not provide investment advice. Nothing in the App is, or should be taken as:

• investment, financial, legal, or tax advice;
• a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset;
• a prediction or assurance of future performance.

We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, or stock broker, and the App does not facilitate buying, selling, or trading of any securities. The information is general in nature, may not suit your circumstances, and you should consult a SEBI-registered professional and do your own research before making any financial decision. Any action you take based on the App is solely your own responsibility.

3. Accuracy of information

Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Explanations are generated by an automated AI system and may contain errors or omissions. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the App, and you should not rely on it as your sole source.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: scraping or copying data at scale, reverse-engineering it, interfering with its operation, using it unlawfully, or presenting its content to others as financial advice.

6. Subscriptions (when offered)

Dumpstr may offer an optional paid “Premium” subscription. If and when it does:

• Prices and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (or another stated processor) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime through your app-store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled per the relevant app store’s policy and applicable law.

The core daily feed is available free; Premium adds optional extra features.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its original content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App. Stock names, market data, and third-party content belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including financial loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its content. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the App.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
